Roasting and baking on your Weber Q has never been so easy. Convection trays, used with a roasting trivet*, instantly transform your Weber Q from direct grilling mode to indirect cooking mode. The design of the convection trays, with the trivet* plac ed on top, allows for heat to circulate evenly around the food. Fats and juices fall onto the tray during cooking, and create smoke and flavour, while excess drippings are channelled away from the burner to prevent flare ups.
*Roasting Trivet sold separately. This item is 10 replacement trays. Purchase a Wber Q Roasting Pack (SKU 2016580) to get started with a Roasting Trivet and 2 x Convection Trays.
