No Pick-Ups
All orders placed through Smartfox are for delivery only. As we operate solely online, we do not offer order pick-ups or have a physical retail store.
Delivery Times & Information
All orders are shipped via courier and require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is one where someone will be available to sign.
- Delivery typically takes 2–10 business days after dispatch, unless stated otherwise
- Most orders arrive sooner, but some may take up to the full 10 working days
- Rural deliveries may take longer depending on the location
- Delivery timeframes exclude public holidays
- Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday)
We deliver to residential and business addresses only. PO Boxes are not accepted for security reasons.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a Card to Call with details on how to arrange redelivery.
