In this 2-6 player bluffing game, players have hidden information about which casinos are corrupt. Take turns playing betting tiles (three 2's, two 4's, one 5, one 6, one 7) into the different casinos.
When scoring a corrupt casino, the highest bidder wins 10 points (and everyone else gets nothing). In a non-corrupt casino, whoever has the most points there LOSES, and everyone else gets points equal to their bid.
Players can't place more than two tokens at a casino, and can't place their highest token at the casino they know is corrupt. These restrictions affect your ability to bluff, forcing you into difficult situations.

Get tipped off about a corrupted casino
Learn about a corrupt casino and a clean casino (if there ever was such a thing!). Your opponents will not know this information until scoring.
Take big gambles, make bigger bluffs
On your turn, place a tile into one of the casinos. If your total bid is the highest in that casino, move your tiles up to denote that you're leading. You can only ever have two of your own tiles in one casino, and you can never place your "7" tile in the casino you know to be corrupt.
Casinos might have placement restrictions or powers. For example: "If you have only 1 tile here, it's worth +3."
See if your bets paid off
After all players have played their tiles, score points. At a corrupt casino, the leader wins the 10-point jackpot! All other players receive nothing.
At each clean casino, the leader gets nothing. The rest of the players get chips equal to their bids.
