Turnbuckles are components to provide means of length adjustment and tensioning in longitudinal structures, masts, guy wires and other similar structures and engineering applications. Turnbuckles can tension assemblies without introducing twisting due to the end fittings consisting of left hand and right hand threads respectively which prevents torque build up.
Manufactured with a 6:1 Safety Factor according to AS2319 2001 and can be used for lifting applications
Manufactured using only heat certified Australian Steel (AS1442/AS1444)
Can be tightened under load and better scope for locking while in service
Have an open body exposing the threaded section and can be easily inspected in-situ
Suitable for indoor tensioning systems and general rigging tensioning
