Drizzle a little oil over chicken pieces or fillets then sprinkle approx 2 teaspoons of rub onto each portion. 2 Tbs for a whole roast. Rub spices over chicken and let it season for 5-10 minutes while your pan, oven or BBQ warms up. Grill, BBQ or pan -fry at a medium heat taking care to not let the rub burn. Try mixing 1:1 with flour coating for crispy deep frying. Also delicious with vegan chicken, tofu, roast vegetables and oven fries.
