This complex blend of fragrant french herbes de Provence, juniper berries and pink peppercorns gives just the right amount of flavour and intrigue without freaking out less adventurous taste buds. Sprinkl e over whole roast lamb, chops, cutlets and kebabs, or add a flavour kick to roast vegetables and grilled mushrooms.
Sprinkle or massage all over lamb roasts, chops, cutlets and kebabs before whole roasting, frying, grilling and barbecuing. Rub strips of lamb fillets and portobello mushrooms then grill or fry gently and toss through salads and roast vegies. Raptor Rubs are also delicious on other vegetables and game meats including venison and duck.
