French-cuisine-inspired blend to add a little bit of ooh-la-la to a family favourite. Smoky Spanish paprika joins forces with herbs de Provence to create a tres magnifique rub for roast, grilled or fried chicken, or a delicieux sprinkle for potatoes or kumara.
Sprinkle or massage all over whole roast chicken, over chicken breasts, thighs and skewers before frying, grilling and barbecuing. Rub strips of chicken thighs or breasts and grill or fry gently, then toss through salads, stir-fried vegetables, risot to, rice and pasta dishes. Herbes Chicken Rub is also delicious on tofu, roast kumara and pumpkin.
