An inspired blend of garlic, onion, sumac, Mediterranean herbs and spices to enhance delicate white fish. Also great on lamb and venison and delicious in spaghetti bolognese and tomato-based sauces.
Drizzle a little oil over white fish fillets, whole fish, salmon, prawns and shellfish and sprinkle with Raptor Rubs Greek Goodness Rub before frying, grilling, baking and barbecuing. Or blend Ľ rub with breadcrumb before coating fish. Our Greek rub is also delicious in spaghetti bolognese. Try on baked Mediterranean vegetables such as zucchini and eggplant.
