The B-hyve Hose Tap Timer uses a Bluetooth chip that has great range - up to 150 m line of sight. Schedule, manually operate, and monitor water flow without climbing through shrubs to access the timer. Set watering times down to seconds, which is great for gardening, filling pet dishes or even bird baths.Easily connect to the timer with the push of a bu tton via the home screen on the B-hyve app. If Bluetooth doesn’t provide the flexibility required, the addition of the B-hyve Wi-Fi Hub (available separately) will connect your device from anywhere in the world.
Adding the Gen2 WIFI hub unlocks WeatherSense technology - a smart watering system that delivers the exact amount of water needed to feed your plants. This is based on slope, soil type, sun exposure and other parameters. B-Hyve uses local weather da ta to constantly adjust its output to avoid unnecessary water use.
