Marginal Lenormand: An Irreverent Oracle of Medieval Marginalia
Unleash your inner heretic with this cheeky Lenormand inspired by the scandalous doodles of mischievous monks. Based on the offbeat imagery of medieval marginalia, The Marginal Lenormand brings traditional Lenormand symbolism to life with anxiety-ridden rabbits, highly suggestive fruit trees, and flowers sprouting from inappropriate places. With imagery ranging from bawdy to humorous to just plain strange, Marginal is sure to amuse, while still maintaining Lenormand's classic meanings and renowned accuracy. Creator Anastasia Kashian provides both the rich watercolor images and the lively guidebook text, which reviews card meaning as well as interpretations with select pairings. Whether you're drawn to the absurd, the esoteric, or the oddly insightful, this is a deck for those who know their history, appreciate a bit of edge, and aren't afraid to laugh while divining their fate. AUTHOR: Anastasia Kashian is an artist and the creator of the Les Dinosaures de Marseille (2021) and Baba Yaga's Little Book of Hut Maintenance, or, Chicken Legs for the Soul. Anastasia lives and works mainly in West Wales. https://www.anastasiakashian.com. Lenormand Box Set with 37 Cards and Guide Book
