Our eco bassinet mattress is made with 100% natural latex with natural cotton cover. Latex conforms to the contours of the body providing gentle postural support.
Made in New Zealand
Latex naturally comes from the milky sap from a rubber tree. The trees can produce this sap for as long as 30 years and then the land is replanted for reuse.
It is breathable, allowing body moisture to disperse, keeping you warmer in winter and cooler in summer. It is durable and naturally resistant to mould, bacteria and dust mites, making it hypo-allergenic.
This mattress is made with no glues or added chemicals.
Mattress Safety:
Our custom mattresses all pass the new AS/NZS Voluntary Standard for Infant sleeping products (AS/NZS 8811.1:2013 Methods of testing infant products – Sleep Surfaces - Test for firmness).
