Changing Discs:
To remove the mill assembly for cleaning and exchanging discs, first disengage the crossbar by pressing downwards at one end and rotating the crossbar out from under the locking hooks. The mill assembly can now be removed from the pan. Replace the disc with the domed surface facing the interior of the mill.
Operating Instructions:
Simply add as much food as is required to the mill pan and rotate the handle in a clockwise direction, over a generous bowl or saucepan. Periodically alternate direction to clear any remaining food from the mesh. For soups and purées select.
