Delmaine Olives Pitted Green
Spanish green olives of the hojiblanca varietal these olives are pitted for convenience and ready for stuffing. Sharper in flavour than black olives as they are picked while still unripe, they also contain less oil giving them a firmer texture. While often used for stuffing with peppers, in particular pimento, they are also excellent with cheeses, garlic and other fillings. They pair well with herbs and are a good salad olive for green salads either stuffed or sliced into halves.
