Delmaine Olives Pitted Black
Spanish whole black olives are milder and have a firmer texture than greek olives, perfect to cook with as they will retain texture and colour after cooking. These olives are pitted for convenience and ready to slice onto pizzas or be blended into tapenade or pesto. Black olives are also used extensively in cooking for tomato based dishes like pasta sauce or as a counterpoint to creamy cheeses like feta or ricotta.
