CRC EVAPO-RUST Rust Block is an effective, flash rust inhibitor for use immediately post rust removal. It leaves a dry film which acts as a short term barrier (up to 4 weeks indoors) preventing the treated surface from rusting prior to finishing. For long term rust protection it can be primed and overcoated. It is compatible with most surface coatings.
Suitable for use on fresh cut steel and items treated with CRC EVAPO-RUST Ready To Use Liquid post rust removal.
Flash rust inhibitor: Prevents flash rust from forming on freshly cut steel & post rust removal.
Dry film finish: Acts as a short term barrier protecting surfaces from rusting.
Compatible with most surface coatings: Can be primed and overcoated for long term rust protection.
