Light rust wash is indicated for rust effects on all kind of surfaces. Perfect for any rust effects on vehicles or accessories. It has a light rusty color, which stands out really well on dark greens giving a great realistic matt finish. It is perfect for amphibious or normal vehicles in wet environments. Also great for doing rusting effects on abandoned vehicles. The basic technique used to weather any type of model is the wash, a classic technique that is still one of the most used techniques in modelling today. Apply the washes after shaking the bottle with a large brush to pick out details and creating shadows.
The excess of the wash can be easily removed with a clean brush and White Spirit.
