Woks for Stir-Frying, Searing, Steaming & Asian Cooking:

This wok collection covers traditional carbon steel woks, non-stick and ceramic-coated cookware, stainless steel woks, induction-compatible models and an electric wok, with sizes ranging from 27cm to 40cm. Brands include Scanpan, Pyrolux, GreenPan, Flonal, Wok Star, Chef Inox, Di Antonio, Stanley Rogers, Cuisena, Cuisinart, Joseph Joseph and Sunbeam.

Carbon Steel Woks:

Carbon steel is well represented for shoppers wanting a traditional wok cooking surface. Pyrolux offers 30cm and 36cm spun carbon steel woks with wooden handles, including a 36cm model with a helper handle. Its flat base works across all cooktops, including induction, while the responsive carbon steel heats quickly and develops a more naturally non-stick surface with proper seasoning and care.

Other carbon steel choices include Wok Star models in 27cm, 30cm and 36cm sizes, Scanpan Black Iron and larger Asian-style iron cookware.

Non-Stick & Stainless Steel Woks:

For easier-release cooking, the collection includes numerous coated alternatives. Scanpan ranges include Classic, Classic Induction, Pro IQ, CS, HaptIQ, Techniq, Nura and Sava. The 32cm Classic Induction anniversary wok combines recycled squeeze-cast aluminium with a STRATANIUM non-stick surface.

GreenPan Padova covered woks use hard-anodised aluminium with Thermolon ceramic non-stick coating, while Pyrolux Pyrohex combines tri-ply stainless steel construction with a protected ceramic non-stick cooking surface. Stainless steel choices include Scanpan Impact and STS models and Stanley Rogers Matrix.

Covered, Induction & Electric Woks:

Several woks include lids, with capacities including the 32cm/5.42L GreenPan Padova and 28cm/3.7L Padova. Induction-compatible options are available across Scanpan, Pyrolux, GreenPan, Flonal and other ranges.

The collection also includes the 7.5L Sunbeam DiamondForce Professional electric wok, with a built-in heating element, adjustable temperature control and steam rack.

Choosing the Right Wok:

Consider your cooktop, preferred cooking surface and size. Carbon steel suits high-heat stir-frying and searing but requires ongoing care, while coated woks offer a lower-maintenance cooking surface. Larger 32–40cm models provide more room for tossing ingredients, while covered woks add versatility for simmering and steaming. The collection also includes wok accessories such as a stainless steel wok ring and 38cm metal wok strainer.
