Portfolios for Business, Documents & Trading Card Collections:

Portfolios in this collection cover two distinctly different uses: professional document organisation and trading card storage. The range includes A4 and A5 business portfolios, zippered compendiums, leather and PU organisers, ring-binder and display-book portfolios, alongside dedicated collectors’ portfolios from Dragon Shield and Ultra Pro. This makes size and intended use the most important starting points when choosing a portfolio.

A4 & A5 Business Portfolios:

Professional portfolios include A4 and A5 formats designed to keep documents, notes and everyday business essentials together. The range features zip-around portfolios, compendium-style organisers and travel portfolios, with materials including leather, bonded leather, PU and cork.

Selected designs incorporate lined notepads, document pockets, card slots and pen loops. More specialised options add features such as phone stands, accessory loops, calculators, ring binders or integrated display books. Brands represented include Swiss Peak, Debden, Pierre Cardin and OSC, with designs ranging from straightforward document organisers to more detailed executive portfolios.

Trading Card Portfolios & Binders:

A substantial part of this collection is dedicated to trading card storage. Dragon Shield Card Codex portfolios come in multiple capacities, including 80, 160, 360 and 576-card formats, with colours such as black, Ashen White, Iron Grey, Forest Green, Blood Red and Midnight Blue represented.

Dragon Shield models use sideloading pocket pages and include an elastic closure, while Ultra Pro collectors’ portfolios include 4-pocket and 9-pocket formats. These products are designed specifically for organising, displaying and protecting card collections rather than carrying office documents.

Choosing the Right Portfolio:

Start by deciding what you need to store. For meetings, presentations or everyday office organisation, look at A4 or A5 business portfolios and compare closure style, internal pockets and included accessories. A4 provides room for standard documents, while A5 offers a more compact format.

For trading cards, focus instead on pocket layout and card capacity. A smaller portfolio can suit a focused collection, while higher-capacity Card Codex models provide substantially more space for organising larger collections.
