Patak’s Curry Sauces, Pastes, Chutneys & Pappadums:

The Patak’s collection brings together Indian curry sauces, curry pastes, recipe bases, pickles, chutneys and pappadums in both everyday retail sizes and larger foodservice formats. The range covers familiar Indian flavours including butter chicken, tikka masala, korma, Rogan Josh, Madras, vindaloo and tandoori, with mild, medium and hot options represented across different product formats.

Patak’s Curry Sauces & Recipe Bases:

For convenient meal preparation, choose from ready-to-use curry sauces and recipe bases in flavours such as mild butter chicken, creamy coconut korma, medium tikka masala, Rogan Josh, cashew and coconut, mango chicken and Madras with tomato, chilli and cumin. The collection includes jars, packets and smaller sachets, making it possible to select a format suited to the quantity you are preparing.

Larger Knorr Patak’s sauces are also available in 2.2kg or 2.2L foodservice packs, including butter chicken, tikka masala, Rogan Josh and Indian korma.

Curry Pastes & Tandoori Marinades:

Patak’s curry pastes offer a more concentrated base for building Indian-style dishes. Options include butter chicken, korma, tikka masala, Madras, vindaloo, Rogan Josh, mild curry and tandoori. Pack sizes range from retail jars of around 283–312g to large Knorr Patak’s catering pastes of approximately 1.05–1.15kg.

The collection also includes tandoori marinade paste for dishes where a seasoned marinade is preferred to a finished curry sauce.

Mango Chutney, Indian Pickles & Pappadums:

Alongside sauces and pastes, the range includes mild mango chutney, tangy lime pickle and sweet-medium eggplant pickle. These can be served as accompaniments to curries, rice dishes and pappadums.

Patak’s pappadums are available in plain, mini garlic and herb, and mixed plain, cracked pepper and garlic varieties.
