Paint By Number

Paint by Numbers Kits & Canvas Sets:

Paint by numbers kits provide a guided way to create finished artwork by matching numbered sections with corresponding paint colours. This collection includes designs from Reeves, Jasart Byron and Art Maker, alongside other paint by number sets, with subjects ranging from animals and birds to landscapes, coastal scenes, transport, plants and colourful contemporary artwork.

Reeves Paint by Numbers Kits:

Reeves makes up a significant part of the range, with 12 x 16 inch designs featuring frogs, kittens, turtles, cheetahs, tigers, dolphins, a lorikeet, unicorn and abstract animal artwork, as well as a mountain landscape. These kits use a pre-printed 280gsm canvas stretched and glued over a solid MDF-core board.

Reeves sets include four synthetic brushes in different shapes and sizes, 3ml paint pots selected for the individual design, plus printed instructions, tips and techniques. The combination of numbered canvas, matched paints and multiple brushes makes these complete kits suitable for working through finer details as well as larger painted areas.

Jasart Byron Paint by Numbers:

Jasart Byron kits provide a different format, including the retro-inspired Endless Summer series. Designs such as Waves, Sunset, Surf Board and Twin Palms use bright colours and contemporary coastal imagery.

These sets feature a 30 x 40cm, 280gsm stretched canvas supported by pine stretcher bars. They include six paint pots, one round brush, one flat brush and an A4 instruction sheet.

Art Maker Paint by Numbers:

Art Maker expands the subject choice with designs including Hummingbird, Vivid Elephant, Steam Train, Himeji Castle, Peacock Perfection, Tropical Sunset and Alpine Village. The Hummingbird kit, for example, contains a canvas artboard panel, reference sheet, palette, eight paint pots and two brushes.

Choosing a Paint by Numbers Kit:

Start with an image you will enjoy completing, then consider the painting format. Reeves kits use pre-printed canvas boards, Jasart Byron offers stretched 30 x 40cm canvases, while Art Maker includes a variety of canvas-based kits. The collection spans approachable animal and character designs through to landscapes and more detailed decorative artwork, giving both new and experienced painters a range of projects to choose from.
