JAB Melamine Trays:

JAB trays are practical serving pieces made from premium-grade melamine, with a range that spans compact individual trays through to large rectangular serving and handled designs. Finished predominantly in white, these JAB Design trays offer a clean, porcelain-like appearance while providing the durability associated with melamine serveware.

Rectangular, Sandwich & Handled Serving Trays:

Rectangular formats make up an important part of the collection. The 45 x 34cm rectangular serving tray provides a generous surface for appetisers, main dishes and desserts, while the 43 x 29cm rectangular tray features flared sides. For a narrower presentation, the JAB sandwich tray measures 38 x 17cm.

The collection also includes a substantial 52 x 37cm handled tray. Its larger dimensions and integrated handled format make it particularly relevant when choosing a JAB tray for carrying or presenting multiple food and drink items.

Compact & Sectioned JAB Trays:

Smaller formats provide alternatives to the larger serving trays. The JAB Habitat tray measures just 17 x 12cm, making it the most compact style represented in the range. A 27cm round section tray offers a distinctly different shape from the rectangular designs and is suited to presenting appetisers, snacks and desserts.

Premium-Grade Melamine Serveware:

JAB Design uses premium-grade melamine and additional manufacturing processes to create a high-lustre finish resembling porcelain, along with increased scratch resistance and durability. The melamine trays are dishwasher safe and can withstand temperatures up to 110°C. JAB also carries out additional pigment testing to help colours resist fading.

Choosing the Right JAB Tray:

Start with how much serving area you require and the type of presentation you prefer. Compact Habitat and round section trays work well for smaller portions and individual presentations, while sandwich and rectangular trays provide more room for shared food. For larger serving requirements, the 45 x 34cm rectangular tray and 52 x 37cm handled tray offer substantially more surface area.
