Microwaveable Heat Packs, Animal Heat Packs & Body Wraps:

Heat packs provide reusable warmth in a range of formats, from long rectangular body wraps to soft animal-shaped designs for children. The Smartfox collection includes microwaveable heat packs filled with natural wheat and lavender, silica gel beads or cherry stones, alongside faux fur body wraps and a specialist single-use heat pack for transporting tropical fish.

Microwaveable Wheat & Lavender Heat Packs:

Rectangular microwave heat packs form an important part of the range. The black polka dot design is filled with natural wheat and lavender and has a soft cotton finish. Measuring 46 x 12 x 2cm, its long, narrow shape allows it to be positioned across different areas of the body.

Other rectangular options include plain black and pink designs, plus grey and pink rabbit faux fur heat packs. The faux fur styles share the same 46 x 12 x 2cm dimensions, providing a softer-textured alternative to the cotton-finished body wrap. A Toasty Heat Pack is also available for microwave heating.

Animal Heat Packs for Kids:

Animal heat packs add a playful format to the collection, with sheep, puppy, rabbit, donkey, ladybug and Buzzy Bee designs represented. These feature removable covers so the inner pack can be heated separately in the microwave.

Selected animal designs are filled with silica gel beads and can also be chilled in the freezer for use as a cooling pack. The Buzzy Bee differs by using cherry stones, which are larger than common wheat, linseed or oil-seed fillings. These animal heat packs are designed with children in mind and provide an alternative to a traditional hot water bottle.

40-Hour Fish Transport Heat Pack:

The collection also contains a very different type of heat pack specifically for tropical fish transport. This single-use 13 x 10cm pack is designed to generate heat for up to 40 hours, with a stated average temperature of 50°C and maximum of 65°C.

Choosing a Heat Pack:

For personal use, consider the shape, cover material and filling. A long rectangular heat pack suits those wanting a flexible body wrap, while animal designs provide a child-focused option. The 40-hour fish heat pack is a specialist transport product and should not be confused with the microwaveable personal heat packs in the collection.
