Golden syrup is a versatile sweetener used in baking, desserts, breakfast dishes, sauces and everyday cooking. This collection includes golden syrup from Chelsea, Pams, Woolworths and Farm By Nature, with pack sizes ranging from smaller household bottles through to large-format pails for frequent or commercial use.

Chelsea Golden Syrup:

Chelsea makes up a substantial part of the range, with traditional golden syrup available in several sizes including 1kg, 2kg, 5kg and 14kg formats, as well as a 1kg tin and 540g squeeze bottle. Chelsea golden syrup is made from cane sugar and water, with the traditional syrup suited to baking where it can add sweetness, flavour and moisture.

For everyday pouring and topping, Chelsea Easy Pour Golden Syrup is available in 540g and 2L bottles. The Easy Pour variety is lighter in colour and taste than Chelsea Golden Syrup in the tin, with a more subtle caramel flavour and a thinner consistency. It can be used on toast, crumpets, pancakes, waffles, ice cream and desserts, or incorporated into sauces, glazes and marinades. Because of its lighter flavour and consistency, it is not always the preferred Chelsea option for baking.

Golden Syrup for Home & Bulk Use:

Alongside Chelsea, the collection includes Pams and Woolworths golden syrup in smaller household sizes, plus Farm By Nature Golden Syrup in a larger 4kg format. The Farm By Nature syrup is made from cane sugar and water and is listed as GMO free.

For regular baking, catering or food preparation, the larger 4kg, 5kg and 14kg formats reduce the need for frequent replacement. Smaller bottles and tins are better suited to occasional baking, toppings and everyday pantry use.

Choosing the Right Golden Syrup:

If you need golden syrup primarily for traditional baking, choose a standard, thicker golden syrup rather than an easy-pour version. For pancakes, toast, desserts and drizzling, a squeeze bottle or Easy Pour syrup offers a convenient consistency.

The collection also includes Aunt Betty’s Golden Syrup Steamed Puddings in individual pottles, providing a ready-made dessert option alongside the golden syrup ingredients themselves.
