DreamTicket Fitted Valances:
DreamTicket fitted valances are designed to cover the sides of a bed base while providing a neat, tailored finish without the need to remove the mattress. Unlike a conventional hanging bed valance, these fitted bed valances use stretchy polyester with elasticated top and bottom edges to hug the bed base and help prevent the fabric from riding up.
The collection focuses specifically on DreamTicket fitted valances, with black options across multiple bed sizes and a charcoal option for Narrow Long Single beds. Sizes represented include Narrow Long Single, Single, Long Single, Double, Queen, King and Super King, providing choices for both standard beds and longer commercial-style configurations.
Stretch Polyester Fitted Bed Valances:
The valances are made from plain, unquilted polyester stretch fabric. Elasticated edges secure the valance around the bed base, while mitred corners allow the material to sit flat and create a square finish. Short- and long-side identification labels are also incorporated to make it easier to position the valance correctly when fitting it around the base.
The 33cm valance height is consistent across the sizes inspected, including the 90 x 190cm Single, 91 x 203cm Long Single and 84 x 203cm Narrow Long Single options. The range is also rated for 4–5 star hospitality use, making these fitted valances relevant for accommodation settings as well as home bedrooms.
Choosing the Right Fitted Valance:
Start by checking the dimensions of your bed base rather than relying solely on the mattress size name. This is particularly important when choosing between Single, Narrow Long Single and Long Single options, as their widths and lengths differ.
Colour is another consideration. Black dominates the collection and provides a simple, understated finish around the base of the bed, while charcoal is represented in the Narrow Long Single size. Because these are fitted stretch valances rather than traditional platform valances, they are particularly useful when you want to dress or conceal the bed base without lifting the mattress off first.
For care, the DreamTicket polyester fitted valances can be machine washed and dried below 60°C and should be kept away from direct sunlight to help prevent fading.
