Conference satchels provide a practical way to carry documents, notebooks, identification, business cards and other essentials at conferences, trade shows, meetings and corporate events. Polyester Conference Satchels:

The standard conference satchels are made from 600D woven polyester and measure 420mm x 320mm. Available in black and blue, these streamlined bags feature a wrist strap, zippered pocket and dedicated ID pocket. Their flat format makes them particularly suited to carrying documents, presentation materials and other conference essentials without the bulk of a larger business bag.

Centrix Conference Bags:

For events or organisations requiring multiple matching bags, the Centrix conference satchels are supplied in sets of three. Made from 600D polyester, they feature carry handles plus an adjustable shoulder strap, a curved front slip pocket, elastic pen loop, white piping and a business card holder on the back.

Each Centrix bag measures 360mm high x 395mm wide with a 75mm gusset. The range includes orange, teal, royal blue, purple, red and black options, making it possible to select colours suited to different events, teams or branding requirements.

Padded Laptop Conference Satchel:

The collection also includes an Express conference satchel designed to carry a laptop. Made from 600D polyester with latex rubber backing, it has a fully foam-padded zippered main compartment sized for a 15-inch laptop. Additional storage includes front pen and accessory pockets, a front slip pocket and rear ID card window.

This 11-litre laptop bag measures 40cm wide x 31cm high x 9cm deep and can be carried using either its two handles or adjustable shoulder strap. Reflective piping provides an additional design detail.
