Compendiums for Business, Meetings & Document Organisation:

Compendiums bring documents, notes and everyday business essentials together in one organised format. This collection is centred on professional A4 and A5 compendiums, portfolios and padfolios, with designs from Debden, Spirax, Case Logic, Cutter & Buck, Rexel and other brands. The range includes leather, bonded leather, polyurethane and leather-look options, alongside polyester and technical padfolio designs.

A4 & A5 Business Compendiums:

A4 compendiums make up much of the collection, with zippered portfolios, pad covers and ring-binder designs suited to carrying standard A4 documents and writing pads. More compact A5 compendiums and notebook formats are also represented where a smaller organiser is preferred.

Internal layouts vary considerably. Depending on the model, features include document pockets, internal zippered compartments, business card holders, pen loops, writing pads and notebooks. The Spirax A4 zippered compendium combines a two-hole ring binder with an A4 writing pad, storage compartments, business card pocket and large calculator.

Tech Padfolios & Tablet Compendiums:

Several products combine traditional business organisation with tablet storage. The Case Logic Berkeley Tech Padfolio features a zippered closure, writing pad, business card holders and brackets for compatible tablets, together with a rotating stand for portrait or landscape viewing. Other tech-focused designs include zip padfolios, tech sleeves, journals and A5 tech pad folders.

Specialist Compendiums & Portfolios:

The range also includes formats designed around particular working styles. A tri-fold business compendium combines a removable lined spiral pad with pockets and a pen loop, while an A4 portfolio with a solar calculator includes a gusseted document pocket, internal zip pocket and writing pad. Ring-binder, five-pocket and pad-holder formats provide further alternatives for organising papers and notes.

Choosing the Right Compendium:

Start with document size: A4 is the natural choice for standard business papers, while A5 offers a more compact format. Then consider how you work. Choose a ring-binder compendium for filing punched documents, a zippered portfolio for enclosed storage, or a tech padfolio if tablet organisation is important. Comparing internal pockets, writing-pad format, closure style and material will help narrow the range to the most suitable business compendium.
