3M Command Picture Hanging Strips:

3M Command Picture Hanging Strips provide a removable alternative to nails, screws and traditional picture hooks for hanging framed photos, artwork and wall décor. This collection includes narrow, medium, large, extra-large and assorted Command strips in white and black, with standard packs and larger value packs for multi-frame projects.

Picture Hanging Strips in Multiple Sizes:

Different strip sizes suit different frame dimensions and weight requirements. Narrow white strips in a four-set pack can hold up to 5.4 kg and are recommended for frames up to 45 x 60 cm. Large black strips in a four-set pack can hold up to 7.2 kg and suit frames up to 60 x 90 cm.

The range also includes medium and extra-large options, giving you more flexibility when matching the strip size to the frame you want to hang.

White, Black & Assorted Packs:

Command Picture Hanging Strips are available in both white and black. This allows you to choose a colour that works more discreetly with the back of your frame or surrounding décor, particularly where the strip may be visible from the side.

Assorted packs combine multiple strip sizes in one set, while larger value packs include options such as 8, 12, 16 and 28 sets. These are useful when creating gallery walls or hanging several frames around the home or workplace.

Damage-Free Picture Hanging:

The strips use an interlocking hook-and-hook system that snaps together to hold frames securely. They are designed for frames without back attachments and can be used on suitable indoor surfaces including painted Gyprock, finished wood, tile, metal and glass.

When removed correctly, Command adhesive is designed to come away cleanly without leaving nail holes, sticky residue, marks or stains.

Choosing the Right Command Picture Hanging Strips:

Start by checking the weight and dimensions of your frame, then select narrow, medium, large or extra-large strips with an appropriate holding capacity. Also consider pack quantity and colour, especially if you are hanging multiple pictures or building a larger wall display.
