Tramontina Churrasco Knives for Steak, Barbecue & Meat Preparation:

This Churrasco knives collection is focused on Tramontina barbecue and steak knives designed for preparing, carving and serving meat. The range spans compact steak knives, larger meat and butcher knives, boning and filleting knives, carving knives and coordinated knife sets from Tramontina’s Churrasco Black and Polywood ranges.

Churrasco Steak Knives:

Steak knives form a substantial part of the collection, with blade lengths from around 10cm to 13cm and a choice of narrow, wide, serrated and micro-serrated profiles. Styles include Traditional, Gaucho, Grande, Jumbo and Spanish designs, giving you options for both everyday dining and barbecue table settings.

Many models feature stainless-steel blades paired with treated Polywood handles in brown or red. Selected Polywood handles are designed to resist impacts and high temperatures and are secured with aluminium rivets.

Individual Knives & Steak Knife Sets:

You can choose individual Tramontina steak knives or multi-piece sets depending on how many place settings you need. The collection includes four-piece and six-piece steak knife sets, as well as 12-piece configurations. Some 12-piece sets combine steak knives and forks for a coordinated barbecue cutlery set.

For shoppers wanting organised storage, five-piece Churrasco barbecue knife block sets are also represented.

Meat, Butcher, Carving & Boning Knives:

For barbecue preparation rather than table use, the range includes larger Churrasco Black meat knives in 19cm and 24cm sizes, a 24cm butcher knife and a 15cm boning knife. Polywood options include a 20cm meat knife, 21cm carving knife and 16cm fillet and boning knife.

A 25cm serrated Churrasco Black knife provides another longer-blade option within the collection.

Choosing the Right Churrasco Knife:

For eating grilled steak, focus on the smaller serrated or micro-serrated steak knives and choose between individual knives or sets based on your table setting. For trimming meat from bone, choose a dedicated boning or filleting knife. Larger meat, butcher and carving knives are better suited to preparing and portioning larger cuts.

Also compare blade length, blade profile and handle style. Tramontina Polywood knives provide the traditional wood-look Churrasco aesthetic, while Churrasco Black models offer a different finish across larger barbecue preparation knives.
