Chef Inox Whisks for Mixing, Beating & Aerating:

Chef Inox whisks cover a focused range of professional-style kitchen whisks for mixing, whipping, beating and aerating ingredients. The collection includes piano whisks, French whisks, sealed stainless steel designs and a heat-resistant Thermoglass option, with lengths from 250mm through to 400mm for different bowl sizes and preparation tasks.

Piano Whisks in Multiple Sizes:

Piano whisks make up a large part of the range, with options including 250mm, 300mm, 350mm and 400mm lengths. Selected sealed piano whisks use 18/10 stainless steel and feature 12 wires, providing multiple fine wires for incorporating air when whipping cream, beating eggs or preparing meringues and batters.

The collection also includes an 18/8 stainless steel 400mm piano whisk. Longer whisks provide extra reach when working in deeper or larger mixing bowls, while the shorter 250mm and 300mm sizes are easier to handle for smaller quantities and everyday preparation.

French Whisks:

Chef Inox French whisks are represented in 350mm and 400mm sizes and are made from 18/8 stainless steel. These sturdy kitchen whisks are suited to mixing, beating, stirring and blending, including tasks such as preparing batters, sauces, egg whites and other mixtures where controlled whisking is required.

Thermoglass & Get Set Whisks:

For an alternative to an all-stainless-steel design, the collection includes a 300mm Thermoglass whisk with a polypropylene handle. The polypropylene is lightweight and impact resistant, while the utensil is rated as resistant to temperatures up to 210°C and is dishwasher safe.

The Chef Inox Get Set range also includes a stainless steel whisk designed for demanding kitchen use. It uses 18/10 stainless steel and is dishwasher safe.

Choosing the Right Chef Inox Whisk:

Choose a shorter whisk for smaller bowls and general food preparation, or a 350–400mm whisk when extra reach is useful. Piano whisks are a practical choice when aeration is important, while French whisks provide a sturdy option for regular mixing and beating. For work around hotter cookware, consider the temperature-resistant Thermoglass design.
