Chasseur Saucepans & Saucepan Sets:

Chasseur saucepans combine stainless steel and copper-based cookware across three distinct ranges: Maison, Escoffier and Le Cuivre. The collection includes individual saucepans from 14cm through to 20cm, capacities from 1.3L to 3.7L, plus coordinated multi-piece saucepan sets. All three ranges include options suitable for induction cooking.

Chasseur Maison Stainless Steel Saucepans:

The Maison range provides classic stainless steel cookware in 14cm/1.3L, 16cm/2L, 18cm/2.7L and 20cm/3.7L sizes. These saucepans are made from 18/10 stainless steel and use an impact-bonded base for heat distribution across different cooking surfaces, including induction.

Maison saucepans feature contoured handles and a high mirror-polish finish. The smaller capacities are particularly useful for sauces, gravies and smaller portions, while the 18cm and 20cm pans provide additional capacity for everyday cooking.

Escoffier Copper & Stainless Steel Saucepans:

Chasseur Escoffier induction saucepans offer a different construction, combining a copper exterior with stainless steel and aluminium layers. Available sizes in this collection include 14cm, 16cm and 20cm. Their multi-layer construction is designed to distribute heat evenly, while curved handles and domed lids give the range its distinctive French-inspired appearance.

Chasseur Le Cuivre Saucepans:

Le Cuivre cookware uses five-layer construction with copper at the core, layered with pure aluminium and finished with a stainless steel outer layer. Individual covered saucepans include 1.9L, 2.6L and 3.4L capacities. These pans are suitable for all cooktops, including induction, and can also be used in the oven.

The Le Cuivre four-piece set combines 16cm, 18cm and 20cm saucepans with a 20cm steamer, providing a coordinated option for different cooking tasks.

Choosing a Chasseur Saucepan:

Choose capacity according to how you cook: smaller saucepans suit sauces, gravies and reheating, while larger pans provide more room for rice, pasta, potatoes and other everyday dishes. For straightforward 18/10 stainless steel construction, compare Maison; for copper-focused cookware, consider Escoffier or the five-layer Le Cuivre range.
