Champion hardware covers a broad range of fasteners, retaining components and workshop hardware for automotive repairs, machinery maintenance, general repairs and fabrication. The collection includes both metric and imperial sizing, making it useful when replacing an existing fixing or matching hardware used across different equipment and assemblies.

Screws, Bolts, Nuts & Washers:

Fastening options include machine screws, button-head screws, grub screws, self-tapping screws, set screws and nuts, roofing bolts, connector bolts, hanger bolts and hex-head bolt-and-nut combinations. Nut styles include standard, wing, nylon-lock and Nyloc options, while the washer range covers flat, spring, star, spacing, panel and fibre washers in numerous diameters and thicknesses. Both metric and imperial sizes are represented throughout the range.

Circlips, Pins, Rivets, Springs & Trim Fasteners:

For retaining and assembly work, Champion offers internal and external circlips, E-clips, roll pins, split or cotter pins, extension springs and blind rivets. Automotive-style trim hardware is also represented, including trim fastener anchors, Christmas-tree clips and grommet screw fasteners. Selected products use 304/A2 stainless steel, while other fasteners are available in steel and zinc-plated finishes.

O-Rings, Grease Nipples & Hose Fittings:

The range extends beyond threaded fasteners to metric and imperial O-rings, grease nipples and brass hose fittings. Champion hose hardware includes straight and reducing joiners as well as 90-degree barb elbow reducers in different imperial sizes. Replacement packs are available for selected Champion assortment kits, alongside larger multi-size screw, circlip, O-ring and fastener assortments for workshop organisation.
