Caps for Everyday Wear, Outdoor Use & Custom Branding:

Caps are a practical choice for casual wear, outdoor activities, workwear and promotional branding. This collection includes structured and unstructured caps, five-panel and six-panel designs, snapbacks, flat caps and lightweight surf caps from brands including AS Colour, Legend Life and Swiss Peak.

Cotton & Structured Caps:

For a classic everyday cap, the range includes structured six-panel designs such as the Legend Life Heavy Brushed Cotton Cap. Made from heavy brushed cotton, it features embroidered eyelets, a pre-curved peak, padded cotton sweatband and an adjustable fabric strap with a gunmetal buckle. The collection also includes a fade-resistant six-panel acrylic cap with a curved peak, quick-dry antibacterial sweatband and adjustable Velcro sports closure.

Legend Life A-Frame Snap Caps offer a higher-crown five-panel alternative. These are made from premium cotton twill with embroidered eyelets, a pre-curved peak, padded cotton sweatband and adjustable plastic tab fastener.

AS Colour Surf Caps:

For lighter outdoor headwear, AS Colour Surf Caps are made from lightweight recycled nylon. The standard Surf Cap has an unstructured mid-profile fit, quick-dry fabric, plastic snapback and UPF 50+ rating. Colours in the collection include black, navy, midnight blue, white and charity pink.

The Surf Safety Cap follows a similar lightweight, quick-dry design and is available in high-visibility yellow and orange options. Both styles are suited to embroidery and heat-press decoration.

Flat Caps & Swiss Peak Styles:

The collection also includes the Preston Flat Cap, made from grey polyester herringbone fabric with a 58cm circumference and one-size-fits-most design. This provides a distinctly different look from the sports and snapback styles.

Swiss Peak five-panel and six-panel caps add further black cap options, while adjustable designs across the broader collection make fit easier for everyday or promotional use.
