Bubble wrap rolls provide flexible cushioning for protecting products, belongings and surfaces during packing, handling and storage. Smartfox’s range covers compact retail rolls through to large commercial formats, with Polycell, Croxley and specialist packaging products represented. Widths extend from 300mm to 1500mm, while roll lengths range from small 1.5m packs to substantial 100m rolls.

Bubble Wrap Rolls in Multiple Sizes:

For smaller packing jobs, Croxley bubble wrap comes in manageable formats including 500mm x 1.5m, 650mm x 3m and 500mm x 5m. Retail roll options also include 500mm x 10m, 750mm x 10m and 300mm x 30m sizes.

For workplaces or higher-volume packaging, the collection includes 100m bubble wrap rolls in widths such as 300mm, 500mm, 600mm, 900mm, 1300mm and 1500mm. These larger rolls provide a choice of widths for wrapping anything from smaller parcels to products requiring much broader coverage.

Polycell & Jumbo Bubble Wrap:

Polycell forms a major part of the collection. Its standard bubble wrap is designed to cushion products against shock and vibration, while remaining flexible enough to wrap around awkward shapes. It can also be used for interleaving and surface protection.

For applications requiring larger bubbles, choose from jumbo bubble wrap rolls. Options include Polycell Jumbo Bubblewrap at 650mm x 30m and a wider 1300mm x 30m jumbo roll. The Polycell version uses 50-micron material and large jumbo bubbles.

Specialist Protective Wrap Rolls:

The range also includes specialist formats such as Tuffwrap R multilayer bubble wrap at 1200mm x 75m, Polycell Prowrap at 1200mm x 75m and Kraftwrap bubble wrap at 1500mm x 60m.

Choosing a Bubble Wrap Roll:

Start by considering the dimensions of the items you regularly pack. Narrower rolls are easier to use for small parcels and individual products, while wider rolls reduce the need for overlapping material around large items. Choose a longer 75m or 100m roll for frequent packing, a compact retail roll for occasional use, or jumbo bubble wrap when larger-bubble cushioning is preferred.
