Bubble Wrap Rolls in Multiple Widths:

Rolls form a major part of the collection, with widths and lengths suited to different packing requirements. Polycell options include 300mm, 500mm, 600mm, 900mm, 1300mm and 1500mm widths, with several supplied as 100-metre rolls. Smaller retail packs include 500mm x 10m and 750mm x 10m formats, while Croxley bubble wrap is available in compact sizes such as 500mm x 1.5m, 650mm x 3m and 500mm x 5m.

Bubble wrap is designed to cushion items against shock and vibration and can wrap around awkwardly shaped products. It can also be used for interleaving and surface protection.

Jumbo & Specialist Bubble Wrap:

For applications requiring a different level or type of cushioning, the collection includes Polycell Jumbo Bubblewrap in a 650mm x 30m roll and 50-micron jumbo bubble wrap measuring 1300mm x 30m. Tuffwrap R provides a multilayer 1200mm x 75m option.

Kraftwrap is a distinctive specialist choice, combining bubble wrap with kraft paper laminated to one side. The collection’s Kraftwrap roll measures 1500mm x 60m.

Bubble Bags, Sleeves & Pre-Cut Sheets:

For faster repetitive packing, there are Polycell bubble bags in sizes including 200 x 300mm and 300 x 400mm, plus a 530mm x 30m bubble wrap sleeve. Pre-cut and perforated options include 300 x 300mm bubble wrap sheets and a boxed dispenser containing 100 sheets.

Choosing the Right Bubble Wrap:

Start with the size and shape of the item being protected. Narrow rolls suit smaller parcels and individual products, while wider commercial rolls make it easier to cover larger surfaces. Choose jumbo bubble wrap when larger bubbles are preferred, pre-cut sheets or bags for repetitive packing, or kraft-laminated bubble wrap when you specifically need that combined protective format.
