Bread Knives & Serrated Kitchen Knives:

This bread knife collection includes 56 serrated kitchen knives ranging from compact 18cm blades through to professional 30cm models. The range covers everyday bread knives, professional bread and roast slicers, pastry knives and premium Japanese knives from brands including Victorinox, Scanpan, MAC, Global, Zwilling, Miyabi, Tramontina, Furi, Kasumi, Mundial, Andre Verdier, Kamati, Cuisinart and Di Antonio.

Serrated & Wavy Edge Bread Knives:

Serrated edges are central to the collection, providing the sawing action needed to cut through firm crusts while slicing the softer bread beneath. Victorinox is particularly well represented, with 21cm bread knives featuring wavy edges across Fibrox, Classic and wood-handled designs. The range also includes a 26cm Victorinox pastry and bread knife and a 23cm forged model with a cranked wavy blade.

MAC offers longer bread and roast slicers, including 22cm and 27cm blades. Selected MAC models use scalloped serrations designed to slice bread and roasts without tearing, making them useful when a longer multipurpose serrated knife is preferred.

Japanese & Premium Bread Knives:

Premium Japanese options include Global, Miyabi and Kasumi. Global bread knives are represented in 20cm, 22cm and 23cm sizes, including Classic, NI and SAI designs. The Kasumi Japanese Damascus 25cm knife combines a high-carbon stainless steel core with layered Damascus construction and a laminated wooden handle.

Miyabi options include the 5000FCD 24cm and Birchwood 5000MCD, the latter featuring an SG2 steel core surrounded by 101 layers of Damascus steel and a birch handle.

Everyday & Professional Bread Knives:

For straightforward everyday use, the collection includes 20cm Scanpan Spectrum knives in several colours, plus options from Kamati, Di Antonio and Cuisinart. Tramontina ranges extend from an 18cm Sublime knife to 25cm and 30cm Professional Master models. A Furi two-piece set pairs a double-serrated bread knife with a bread cutting board.

Choosing a Bread Knife:

For standard loaves and rolls, a 20–23cm blade provides a practical everyday size. Longer 25–30cm knives offer additional reach for large artisan loaves, cakes or roasts. Also compare serration style, handle material and blade construction when choosing between everyday, professional and premium Japanese bread knives.
