Marbig Enviro archive boxes feature recycled cardboard construction, while selected Esselte boxes are made from 71% recycled material and are fully recyclable.

Esselte archive boxes also include coloured options such as red and yellow, useful for colour-coding different document categories or departments. Selected designs accommodate suspension files and include carry holes for handling.

Choosing the Right Archive Box:

Before selecting an archive storage box, consider the type of documents, their combined weight and how frequently you need access.

For suspension files and manilla folders, check the box's filing compatibility. For lever arch files or ring binders, choose a model with suitable internal dimensions and capacity.

If boxes will be stacked in an office storeroom, compare the stated load limits and stacking capacities. For smaller filing spaces, compact boxes may be more convenient.
