APEXON Staples for Heavy-Duty Staple Guns & Cable Tackers:

APEXON staples are designed for heavy-duty fastening and cable securing applications, with multiple staple lengths and pack quantities available to suit different tools and workloads. The Smartfox collection includes standard heavy-duty staples from 6mm to 14mm, specialist cable staples, an APEXON heavy-duty staple gun and 4.8mm and 6.4mm cable tackers.

Heavy-Duty APEXON Staples:

Standard APEXON heavy-duty staples are available in 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm and 14mm lengths. Pack quantities vary across the range, from 1,850 and 2,000-piece packs through to larger 3,000, 4,000 and 5,000-piece options.

The 10mm heavy-duty staples measure 10mm long with a 10.8mm crown and 1.25mm thickness. They are zinc galvanised and designed for APEXON heavy-duty staplers and hammer tackers. They are also interchangeable with Arrow T50 and Rapid 140 models. Selected staples are supplied in sturdy plastic cases with belt clips.

APEXON Cable Staples:

The collection also includes 10mm round-crown cable staples in packs of 1,000. These are specifically designed for securing low-voltage cables up to 50V and a maximum cable diameter of 6mm.

The cable staples have a 7.8mm crown and 1.2mm thickness and are zinc galvanised. They are suited to APEXON cable tackers including the AP962 and are also compatible with Arrow T25 and Rapid 36 models.

Compatible Staple Guns & Cable Tackers:

For a complete fastening setup, the collection includes the APEXON AP850B heavy-duty staple gun alongside dedicated 4.8mm and 6.4mm cable tackers. The AP962 6.4mm cable tacker accepts 10–14mm round-crown staples and is designed for low-voltage wires and cables.

Choosing the Right APEXON Staples:

Compatibility should be checked before selecting staples. Start with your staple gun or cable tacker model, then confirm the required staple type and length. Standard heavy-duty staples and round-crown cable staples serve different purposes and are not interchangeable simply because they share the same length.
