APEXON Staple Guns, Cable Tackers & Staples:

APEXON fastening tools at Smartfox are focused on heavy-duty stapling and cable fastening. The collection includes a heavy-duty staple gun, specialist cable tackers and a comprehensive selection of compatible staples in different lengths and pack quantities. This makes the range particularly useful when you need to match a stapling tool with the correct fastener rather than choosing a general-purpose staple.

APEXON Heavy-Duty Staple Gun & Staples:

The APEXON heavy-duty staple gun is designed for staples from 6mm through to 14mm, matching the range of standard staples represented throughout the collection. Replacement staples are available in 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm and 14mm lengths.

Pack quantities vary by size and format, with options including 1,850, 2,000, 2,350, 2,850, 3,000, 4,000 and 5,000 staples. This provides a choice between smaller quantities and larger packs for more frequent stapling work.

APEXON Heavy-Duty Cable Tackers:

For securing low-voltage wires and cables, the collection includes 4.8mm and 6.4mm heavy-duty cable tackers. The 6.4mm AP962 model is designed for cables up to 6mm in diameter and voltages below 50V. It uses 10–14mm round-crown staples and has an aluminium alloy die-cast housing, bi-material handle, bottom-loading mechanism, staple refill window and safety handle lock.

The collection also includes dedicated 10mm cable staples supplied in packs of 1,000. These zinc-galvanised staples accommodate cables up to 6mm in diameter and 50V, and are compatible with the APEXON AP962 as well as Arrow T25 and Rapid 36 tackers.

Choosing the Correct APEXON Staples:

Compatibility is the key consideration when selecting from this range. For the standard heavy-duty staple gun, check the required staple length and choose between the available 6–14mm sizes. Cable installations require the appropriate round-crown cable staples and a compatible cable tacker. Also consider pack quantity based on the scale and frequency of your stapling work.
