The tonic water selection includes Rhubarb & Smashed Mandarin, combining tart rhubarb with juicy mandarin, and Grapefruit & Thyme, which pairs citrus with herbal notes. Alchemy & Tonic Soda & Lemonade:

For a lighter soda-style mixer, Alchemy & Tonic Lemon, Lime & Lychee Soda combines bright citrus with delicate floral notes. Available in a 1 litre format, it is designed to complement vodka or gin and can also be served by itself.
