3M Command Hooks, Clips & Hanging Strips:

3M Command hooks provide removable hanging and organising options for the home and office without relying on nails, screws or tacks. This collection includes around 60 Command products, ranging from micro, mini and small adhesive hooks through to medium, large, jumbo and extra-large utility hooks. It also extends beyond hooks to picture hanging strips, interlocking strips, poster strips and decorating clips.

Command Hooks for Organising & Decorating:

The hook range includes standard utility hooks, designer hooks, wire utensil hooks and decorative styles. White and clear options are widely represented, alongside selected matte black, brushed nickel, crystal and silver/marble finishes. Pack sizes vary from individual hooks and small multipacks to value packs containing six, eight, nine, 10 or 18 hooks depending on the model.

Different sizes support different applications and weight requirements. The Micro White hooks, for example, hold up to 225g, while the Jumbo Hook is rated up to 3.4kg. Decorative brushed nickel hooks include a medium model rated to 1.3kg. Always check the individual product’s stated weight capacity before deciding which Command hook suits the item you want to hang.

Picture Hanging Strips, Poster Strips & Decorating Clips:

The collection also includes 3M Command solutions specifically for pictures, posters and decorations. Picture hanging and interlocking strips provide an alternative to traditional picture fixings, while adhesive poster strips suit lightweight display applications. Decorating clips offer another option for positioning smaller decorative items.

Command adhesive products are designed to hold strongly on suitable indoor surfaces while removing cleanly without leaving holes, marks, sticky residue or stains when used according to the product instructions. Surfaces referenced across the range include painted Gyprock, finished wood, tile, metal and glass.

Choosing the Right 3M Command Product:

Start with what you intend to hang and its weight. For utensils and lightweight organising, consider the small wire and utility hooks. Larger household items require a hook with an appropriate higher weight rating, while pictures and posters may be better suited to dedicated hanging strips.

Also consider visibility and décor: clear hooks minimise visual impact, white utility hooks provide a simple finish, and brushed nickel or matte black designs offer a more decorative alternative.
