Water – 1st addition :0.200 kg
Water – 2nd addition : 0.200 kg
Method:
1. Place sweet muffin premix and 1st addition of water into a clean mixing bowl
2. Using a paddle beater, blend on low speed for 1 minute
3. Scrape down, mix on speed 2 for 2 minutes
4. Add 2nd addition of water and mix on speed 1 for 1 minute
5. Scrape down, mix on speed 2 for 1 minute
6. Blend in fruits or other ingredients and deposit 70g of batter into each muffin tin
7. Bake at 190-200°C for approx. 25 minutes
