A bit hot and spicy with smoky Spanish smoked paprika, Tex-Mex herbs and spices and a nice medium-hot after-kick of chilli. Fantastic on grilled and barbecued beef, steak, chicken and pork, added to burritos ribs, crumbed schnitzel and on tofu.
Sprinkle or massage all over steak, chicken and pork before frying, grilling and barbe-cuing. Rub strips or chunks of beef, chicken or pork and grill or fry at a medium heat. Mix into beef or bean nachos, burritos, tortillas and tacos. Blazing Tex-Me x Rub is also delicious on tofu.Just drizzle a little oil and sprinkle a heaped teaspoon of rub over meat or tofu 5 minutes before cooking. Rub into meat and leave on for 6+ hours to tenderise.
