It’s a blend of smoky Spanish paprika, Tex-Mex herbs and spices, and enough of an after-kick of chilli to give you something to taco’ bout. If you love grilled or barb ecued beef, steak, chicken or pork, then this is the Juan for you.
Sprinkle or massage all over steak, chicken and pork before frying, grilling and barbecuing. Rub strips or chunks of beef, chicken or pork and grill or fry at a medium heat. Mix into beef or bean nachos, burritos, tortillas and tacos. Blazing Tex-Mex Rub is also delicious on tofu.
