Rapid Staples for Office, Heavy-Duty & Tacker Stapling:

Rapid staples are made for specific staplers and staple guns, so choosing the correct series and leg length is essential. This collection covers a particularly broad range of Rapid staples, from standard office and mini stapler refills to heavy-duty staples, fine wire and flat wire tacker staples, stainless steel options and specialist staples for Rapid stapling systems.

Rapid Office & Heavy-Duty Staples:

For paper and document stapling, the range includes familiar Rapid staple formats such as 24/6 and 26/6, alongside 66, 73, 9 and 23 Series staples. Different leg lengths allow you to match the staple to the capacity of your compatible stapler.

For thicker documents, Rapid 23 Series strong staples use galvanised strong wire and are available in several lengths, including 10mm, 15mm, 17mm and 20mm. The 23/10 version, for example, is designed for stapling up to 70 sheets. The collection also includes specialist DUAX staples with a 20mm leg length and capacity of up to 170 sheets for the Rapid DUAX stapler.

Rapid Staples for Tackers & Staple Guns:

Rapid 13, 53 and 140 Series staples provide options for fastening applications beyond ordinary paper stapling. The 140 Series uses flat wire to create a larger holding area against the material and is represented in multiple leg lengths from 6mm to 14mm. Packs range from smaller quantities to boxes containing thousands of staples.

Fine wire 13 Series staples offer a less visible fastening result, while selected AISI 304 stainless steel versions are designed for outdoor and humid environments where resistance to rust and corrosion is important.

Specialist Rapid Staple Formats:

The collection also includes Rapid 10, 11, 36, 44 and Omnipress staples. Omnipress 8.5mm staples use strong, slim galvanised wire and are specifically designed for the Rapid Omnipress stapler.

Choosing the Correct Rapid Staples:

Always check the staple number specified for your stapler or tacker before ordering. Numbers such as 23/10, 24/6, 53/8 and 140/12 identify different staple series and leg lengths and are not automatically interchangeable. For heavier paper stacks, consider the stated stapling capacity; for tacker applications, check the required wire type, crown width and leg length as well as tool compatibility.
