Pie Dishes for Sweet & Savoury Baking:

Pie dishes in this collection span traditional enamelware, ceramic and stoneware through to non-stick carbon steel and porcelain, with round, oval, oblong and rectangular shapes represented. Brands include Falcon Enamelware, Bakemaster, Emile Henry, Chasseur, Mason Cash, Wiltshire and Wilkie Brothers, giving home bakers plenty of choice for both family-sized recipes and individual portions.

Enamel Pie Dishes in Round, Oblong & Rectangular Shapes:

Enamel pie dishes make up an important part of the range. Falcon Enamelware offers classic round dishes from compact 14cm sizes through to 22cm, alongside an extensive selection of oblong dishes ranging from 16cm to 32cm. There are also Bakemaster rectangular enamel pie dishes in graduated sizes from 16 x 12 x 3.5cm up to 28 x 20.5 x 6.5cm.

A 26cm Wiltshire enamel pie dish provides another oblong option, with a cream porcelain-enamel finish and distinctive red rim.

Ceramic, Stoneware & Porcelain Pie Dishes:

For oven-to-table baking, the collection includes several ceramic and stoneware designs. Emile Henry's 26cm, 1.2L HR ceramic pie dish provides a generous round format, while Chasseur offers 25cm stoneware pie dishes in colours including Duck Egg Blue and Antique Cream.

Smaller formats include a 17cm Mason Cash oval pie dish and Wilkie Brothers New Bone Porcelain oval dishes in 240ml and 500ml capacities.

Mini & Individual Pie Dishes:

Bakemaster provides a particularly useful selection for smaller pies. Individual non-stick round and oval dishes are complemented by sets of four mini pie dishes in round, oval and fluted shapes. The fluted 13 x 3cm dishes are made from carbon steel with a non-stick coating and are designed for individual pies, tarts and quiches.

Choosing the Right Pie Dish:

Start with the portion size and shape your recipe requires. Round dishes suit traditional pies and quiches, while oval, oblong and rectangular dishes provide alternatives for different recipes and serving sizes. For individual portions, choose mini or small-capacity dishes; for larger shared pies, the collection includes substantially wider and deeper options. Material can then narrow your choice between enamel, non-stick metal, porcelain, ceramic and stoneware bakeware.
