Edge Master 2 Stage Knife Sharpener features an ergonomic handle and non slip rubber base for a safe and secure grip. If you find your knives are especially dull, use the coarse stage which features a diamond wheel, that will just removed that edge off. The fine stage features a ceramic wheel that will polish and hone the edge back to a razor sharp finish.
