Clairefontaine Stationery

Clairefontaine Stationery, Art Paper & Creative Supplies:

Clairefontaine stationery in this collection extends well beyond notebooks, with a strong focus on specialist paper, drawing pads, sketchbooks, art folders, canvas boards and creative paper supplies. The range includes products for drawing, painting, illustration, origami, paper craft and general stationery use, with sizes and paper weights suited to different techniques.

Drawing, Sketching & Artist Paper:

For drawing and sketching, the collection includes grain drawing pads in A5, A4 and square formats, spiral sketch pads in A5, A4 and A3, plus larger loose drawing paper sheets. Specialist options include Bristol pads, tracing pads and tracing paper, manga pads and comic books.

Paper weights vary across the range, including 90gsm tracing paper, 180gsm drawing pads and heavier 200gsm-plus papers for comic, manga and other art applications. Choosing the correct paper weight and surface is important when matching a pad to pencils, inks, markers or other media.

Clairefontaine Canvas Boards & Painting Surfaces:

The collection also includes a wide selection of white and natural canvas boards in rectangular, square and round formats. Selected white canvas boards are made from 100% cotton with a universal coating suited to oil and acrylic painting. Sizes range from compact 20cm formats through to larger 50 x 60cm and 60 x 80cm boards.

Origami, Kraft & Decorative Paper:

Paper craft is another major part of the Clairefontaine range. Origami products include themed 15 x 15cm packs, bright and neutral 20 x 20cm paper, and complete animal, bird and insect origami kits. Kraft pads, kraft paper, artisan paper pads, decorative cardboard, cutting paper and crepe paper craft kits provide additional options for collage, cutting, model-making and decorative projects.

Albums, Art Folders & Notebooks:

For storing and presenting work, the collection includes hardcover albums in multiple sizes and finishes, along with black, brown and grey art folders from A4-sized formats through to larger portfolio sizes. A5 Clairefontaine notebooks are also represented.

When choosing Clairefontaine stationery or art supplies, consider the intended medium first, then compare paper weight, texture, sheet size and format. Drawing pads, tracing paper, canvas boards, origami sheets and portfolio folders each serve very different creative purposes, making this collection particularly useful for artists, illustrators, students and paper-craft enthusiasts.
