Barker’s Syrups for Coffee, Soda & Fruit Drinks:

Barker’s syrups in this collection are designed for flavouring hot and cold drinks, with a focused selection of 1L coffee syrups, 500mL soda syrups and a 710mL blueberry syrup. The range covers café-style flavours such as caramel, vanilla, hazelnut and chai alongside fruity and classic soda flavours for mixing with water.

Barker’s Coffee Syrups:

The 1L coffee syrup range includes Caramel, Vanilla, Hazelnut and Chai. These larger-format flavouring syrups are suited to creating flavoured coffees and other drinks, with the caramel syrup particularly suited to lattes, mochas and iced coffee.

Hazelnut provides a nutty alternative and can be added to coffee and lattes, while vanilla offers a familiar café-style flavour. Chai rounds out the 1L range for shoppers looking beyond traditional coffee syrup flavours.

Barker’s Soda Syrups:

For homemade soft drinks, the collection includes 500mL Barker’s soda syrups in Orange Fizz, Caffeine Free Cola and Peach & Apple. These concentrates are designed to be diluted rather than consumed straight, making them an easy option for preparing flavoured drinks with fizzy or still water.

The Peach & Apple syrup provides a fruit-based choice and is made with 25% less sugar than Barker’s original fruit syrups. A 500mL bottle makes approximately 17 drinks and contains no artificial sweeteners, colours or flavours.

Blueberry Syrup:

The collection also includes Barker’s Immunity Blueberry Syrup in a 710mL bottle, providing another fruit-focused option alongside the soda and coffee syrup ranges.

Choosing the Right Barker’s Syrup:

Start with the drink you plan to make. Choose the 1L coffee syrups for flavouring coffee and café-style beverages, or a 500mL soda syrup when you want a concentrate for mixing with still or sparkling water.
