8" Insulated heavy duty Mega Bite side cutting pliers which features an 80 cutting edge angle and titanium coated joints. It has been produced and tested according to the EN 60900 standard and is approved for live working up to 1,000 volt AC. Made from chrome molybdenum steel. DIN 5749.
Each tool is individually tested and marked with a special standards tag and a marking which indicates year of manufacture
Tested for durability, so the handles don't come loose
Tested up to 1000 volts
Fire resistance tested
Tested under pressure to see how well the tool maintains its insulating properties when subjected to force
