All Victorinox knives are crafted with high quality, martensitic stainless steel with a Rockwell hardness of 55-56 HRC. The softer steel provides high edge retention and exceptional cutting performance while being easy to sharpen and maintain. The Fibrox range has been specially designed for professional operators featuring an ergonomic, non-slip handle for comfort and safety during long shifts.
